Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy applies to all services provided by EKA Performance through:

By purchasing any services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Recurring Monthly Payments

All coaching and personal training services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

By enrolling, you authorise EKA Performance to automatically charge your selected payment method on a rolling monthly basis until your service is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • In-person training sessions

  • Online coaching services

  • Custom programmes and digital plans

  • Consultations and assessments

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Lack of usage

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to follow programme guidance

  • Failure to achieve desired results

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription by providing a minimum of 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.

If notice is not received within this time, the next billing cycle will be charged in full.

4. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access to services may be suspended

  • Outstanding balances must be settled before services resume

  • Repeated failed payments may result in termination of service

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered at our discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Long-term medical inability to train

  • Extenuating circumstances verified by documentation

Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.

6. Changes to Pricing or Billing

EKA Performance reserves the right to update pricing or billing structures with reasonable notice.
